REGIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

Issues:
The organization was short of donations, their general brand awareness was extremely low in the region, and
their budget was very limited.
Solution: After the research of the market and competitors, new marketing direction was suggested. Extensive Public
Relations campaign was launched, along with low cost marketing and promotional techniques (grass root marketing,
strategic outdoor advertising, group marketing). Event sponsorships and community involvement was increased.
Results: Additional donations of $15,000 in the first month. Significant increase of brand awareness in the community.


LOCAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK / TOURIST ATTRACTION
Issues:
Low general awareness of the park and facility, despite its uniqueness; resulting in financial difficulties.
Solution: A strategic marketing plan was developed. Re-allocation of marketing budget; creation of website and new
promotional collateral; focus on new and creative events and outdoor advertising to attract visitors year around. Co-
branding products and services were developed. Public Relations was increased.
Results: First event attracted 4,000 visitors and generated over $100,000 in revenues. Annual revenues increased by
23% in the first year.


NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY
Issues:
The corporation needed a new strategic direction, including complete re-positioning and re-branding of the
product and the company. Operational and management issues also needed to be addressed as part of the strategic
consulting process.
Solution: They received extensive market research (including phone and in-person surveys, focus groups and data
analysis), a comprehensive strategic marketing and operational (financial) plan, as well as the timelined implementation
of the plan. A new website and database system was created; their customer service was reformed; their brand was
re-positioned with the correct marketing message; new marketing and promotional materials were created (TV and
radio commercials, infomercials, brochures, direct mail pieces, welcome packages, email campaign, banner campaign,
search engine marketing etc.)
Results: The new marketing strategy immediately produced results of an additional 100,000 subscribers in 3 months,
as well as increased brand awareness and customer satisfaction. Annual revenues increased by 34% in the first year.


LOCAL SPORTS/ENTERTAINMENT FACILITY
Issues:
Startup company was planning to enter the local market, in need of general strategic marketing direction,
market research and marketing materials.
Solution: The company received a strategic marketing plan and its implementation. Comprehensive market researched
was conducted (competitor analysis and benchmarking, consumer analysis and market segmentation, surveys, focus
groups, data analysis). Website and marketing materials were created (TV and radio commercials, magazine and
newspaper ads, email campaigns, brochures, direct mail pieces, flyers); public relations campaign was launched,
sponsor-recruiting campaign was developed.
Results: The goal of getting customers familiar with the new local facility was accomplished; the opening event

LOCAL SPORTS SHOP
Issues: Startup company was entering a new market; needed local market research and strategic market analysis.
Solutions: Market research was conducted, including competitor and customer analysis of the local market, as well as
overview of the national market. Local market was not found sufficient to support revenue needs; national online sales
was recommended. A website was created and developed along with an comprehensive online marketing campaign.
Promotional materials and public relations campaign were developed for the local shop startup.
Results: Local shop produced sufficient revenues in the first year; the online e-commerce venture had unexpectedly
high revenues in the first year which doubled in the second year.


NATIONAL BEAUTY PRODUCT LINE

Issues: New beauty line startup needed to establish brand, create image and develop marketing strategy.

implementation. Brand identity was created (brand name and product line names development, creation of packaging
and marketing slogan, corporate look etc.), website was created, marketing campaign was planned and launched (TV,

Issues: Nutritional supplement product startup was entering the market, in need of market research, branding and
positioning and marketing strategy.

determining the target market and the right positioning based on the competitive environment, a new product was

Issues: Local beauty spa had problems with brand awareness, mainly because of non-prime location and lack of
advertising due to budget concerns.

advertising, flyers and brochures, as well as event sponsorship and co-branding. Outdoor advertising and signage was
